The system of Arcadia PRO is found in the angled-hybrid ruleset, but with some variations.
Shows in Arcadia PRO are formatted differently from other e-fedding shows. Primarily, I want to focus on the individual competitors, rather than them as a person working for a company. Henceforth, I've organized a way to construct a character's career here in Arcadia.
1. Character Arc
Your character will be set on an arc that encompasses their career both now and before Arcadia PRO. Say, for instance, your character has a long track record of success in other corporations, but got injured and came to Arcadia PRO to revitalizie themselves. I want to know the story from their viewpoint. That's where the character development lies. Beyond that, I will set the character on an arc that evolve them past what they came to Arcadia PRO as.

This is what people know and love. The story that your character goes through within a cycle. The feud, the rivalry, the progression, all that jazz. I will try to handcraft them to be catering to the character arc that each of the characters are going through. In Arcadia PRO, I'm trying not to make stories based on the heels/faces spectrum, but on people and their struggles. That's where true rivalries are born. Everyone can be an antagonist to someone and the variations of that story will play out in the cycles. Furthermore, these short-term stories will have lasting effects on the narratives within Arcadia PRO.

What the two earlier things will do is that it will create an overall narrative in Arcadia PRO, where matches will serve importance that I find is lost in e-fedding today. Things will not just be forgotten and they will create lasting impacts that will go on for as long as Arcadia PRO exists. With this in mind, we will all work together to make an tangible, realistic world for our characters to participate in.

Arcadia PRO is a living, breating system that doesn't just tell the stories of the wrestlers. Interviewers, executives, commentators, fans, wrestlers, and anyone that makes a wrestling show work will have a place in the story of Arcadia PRO. However, there are some rules in place for that.
In your main cast of characters, try to limit it to three. The side cast can become as big and diverse as you want it, but don't tire yourself out dividing your attention. That's all I ask.

Segments are considered the life essence of shows. They drive the stories. However, there are multiple types of segments for Arcadia PRO shows.
Normal Segments
These are usually the backstage promos or the face-to-face in-ring events that will progress a feud or a story. These are what I need the most and there will be a segment guideline to follow for outlining.
Pre-Match Segments
These segments can be used to flavor a character's motivation prior to a match. These are off-camera or on-camera segments that depict things you wouldn't see in a show. For instance, these are the moments before a match where a wrestler is waiting for their theme to hit. They could be tightening up their wrist tape, trying to think of what they have to do to get the win. These could be conversations with wrestlers inside of the venue or staff members throughout. These segments are freeform for the most part as they are supplements, but I'd love to see them as they can amp up the different feelings going into the payoff: the big match.
Aftershow Segments
Arcadia PRO will have an aftershow thread, where your character(s) can talk about the events of the show or whatever else. I'd also suggest you can work on a reflective piece within the Character Development board. These are also freeform and I won't limit you to what you can do for these.

Character development pieces will not go ignored. I might not be able to read them all in one go, but I'll try my hardest to keep an eye out and read when I get the chance. These pieces help me learn a character that I'm trying to book for. They can change the dynamics of what's going on in the federation with your character or as a whole. Feel free to write as much or as little as you want, but these help me as a booker. Trust me.
3. Twitter
This is the double-edged sword of e-fedding, to be honest. It is wonderful for instant gratification and a constant relay of information and communication. However, I do not check it all the time. As such, I cannot say that this will have the hugest implications on Arcadia PRO. There is a Twitter for the federation. If you want me to see something, tag the Twitter account. Other than that, I'll try to keep an eye out of the interactions. I know that Twitter is an important part of e-fedding today, if I like or not.
4. Press Conferences
Press Conferences will come up occasionally for more important events, such as the supercards or other major shows. The most frequent press conferences that your characters can attend will be the ones that occur before Arcadia PRO goes on a new tour. They will be in the style of New Japan Pro Wrestling's press conferences. I've linked one for an example.
Although, this press conference is a more...extreme example.
